Any time. One more thing you could try is lowering the front ride height. Take 1-2 turns out of the shock collars and that will give you a stronger steering response. I think I would try that 1st actually. Then you don't need to buy or change any parts.

dremelling the rear of the hub will not work, it will make them shorter, sure. but it wont work because of the the pin holding the hub on, if you decide to dremel the hub you will have to re-drill the pin hole.... you would be better off cutting the face of the hex off, where it sits inside the wheel...
