Smile Ofna king start

I just assembled my starter box and the thing has no power I am running it off a 12v7a sealed battery and I can stop the wheel with my wrench. I won't turn over my engine at all. Is this thing defective. I was told this would start anything.

Ofna is not known for making junk starter boxes. What model number is it?

That box should be able to turn over a diesel. Sounds like the starter wheel is loose, tighten it up. I have one of these models with a gel cell and it works fine.
