Your better of with the 810 for the price, parts support, and technology! Seems to be a great buggy from what I read, only thing I can think of is it eats gears meaning diff pins..? Someone can clarify that for you! Deff. tho 810 its not a true 8th scale buggy but by far better then the Kyosho. Good Luck. Dude didn't we tell you in the other thread lol ?? Just noticed, thought it was someone diff.

WOW, really...the Neo is an inferno 777, that won the worlds...nothing wrong with it, and it is a true 1/8 buggy. And far better than the 810????

Now with the 810 you might get more support, check with your lhs. And the Neo is a proven reliable platform. You can also look into the for sale section as you can get deals on full race setups for the price of an entry level rtr.

A world platform yes! Only in rebadged rtr quality, it's not no high end kit! If it had what the 777 sp2 or wc kit's had (high end parts) then go for it all the way, but it's not. I owned a 777 sp2 kit, so I'm not bashing kyosho by any means. With 810 compared to the Kyosho RTR you get a more current design and also a little 8ight characteristics, and IMO a little better quality. I'm just sharing my opinion

I thought the Neo was based on the MP7.5, an even older design.

Neither. Save the little bit extra $ you need and buy the 8ight 2.0 RTR instead of the two you have mentioned.

I also think you will be hard pressed to find a buggy that is more widely supported by after market parts than the Losi cars.

+1 I would also buy the 2.0 rtr since the only difference between the rtr and the kit are the chassi, shock towers and shock caps correct me if I'm wrong, and u get a DX3s,starter box instead of a pull start wich is better if u wanna race someday good luck and have fun
