Default i just figured out something awsome

instead of buying tire mounting bands you can use the livestrong type bracelets. Companies/organizations give them away for free with their name on it.

Did anyone else figure this out?

$3 or less gets you a bag (1/4lb.) of #84 rubber bands from Staples.

I use long cable ties, or should I say used. I've come to the realization that I suck at gluing tires. Last year all four tires(that I had glued up) came off of the rim within a minute of driving a qualifier.

I wonder, If you use the Livestrong bracelets and you leave them on, will your tires last longer?
