If you maintain the diff, it isn't a problem. People are just lazy, I lost one rear diff in my 8-t because I was lazy maintaining it. Lesson learned.

The Losi issues with gear problems comes from the diff case distorting. Losi went with a softer plastic when the 2.0 came out and as a result diff shimming became a lot more critical on the 2.0 series. I never had an issue on my 1.0 truck and I left the ring and pinion mesh a little loose.

Let's not ignore the drive train.
Lightended & Ceramic coated for a smooth free flowing drive train.

Out of curiosity Don, When was the last time you Saw Adam D or Mike T Break an arm. I know Dylan's at Most if not all the big races.

Out of curiosity, why is it you have such a hard on to bash Mugens at every opportunity?
