I was wondering i have a small cordless drill and was wondering what brand to get with the hex on the bottom so it can fit in the drill in metric so it doesnt take so long to unscrew.. What should i get?

OFNA makes a set of what you need, but currently backordered at Amain:

OFNA 1/4" Metric Drivers

Interesting, never seen a drill bit with a hex on the bottom - can see it would be useful so you don't have to screw the chuck down to fit a 1mm bit in
Will be interested to see pics?

EDIT: disregard, just figured out what the cryptic post refers to

Dynamite also has a set which resembles team associated new driver set but comes in a dark brown or maroon color. It includes metric and standard with its own hollow handle to store em in.

Mip has the best tips imo .I've used ofna and eds and while they are great when new they do wear out quicker then u would like. In Feb I tried the Mip ,and they still fit So tight I have issues getting then out of screws .that's with wrenching on cars every week ,lately twice a week. They are little pricy at 15 bucks a bit but they are well worth it ,you def get wat you pay for

The OFNA set works excellent if all you wrench on is 1/8. If you wrench on 1/10 then you might consider the Integy Quick Pit set. I have them and have not replaced any tips in 2 years of racing the Most used tip2 3/32 and 3mm are the worst and they still look good..

+100000000

I have the OFNA set but I would get the MIP set if I replaced them. My old Thorp/MIP are still really nice.

+100000001 for Ofna, have had mine for 5-6 years and still in great shape and they do save a lot of time wrenching on the car.

MIP/Thorpe all the way. The fit is so perfectly tight I usually think I've grabbed a bit one size too large.

Black and Decker makes a set you can get at walmart for like $5... its what I have been using for my 1/4" drill for quite some time.
