Default can't get tires to balance

I am trying to balance a set of truggy Bowties on a set of JConcepts wheels the foams I got in them are the newer ribbed ones that are grey. No matter what I do I cannot get them to balance.

These are brand new wheels and foams. Any tricks u guys can share?

PL foams that came with the tires? If so you will have to add a whole stick of clay to balance em and they will still be off. Just get em as close as you can and call it good.

A typical tire balancing mistake is to weight the wheel on the outside.(near the wall & ribs)

It will check balanced, but rotational forces will still throw the wheel out...where it flexes, the open side of the wheel.

The problem is find something that will stay in this area...and keeping the weight out of harms way...there's very little clearance at full turn.

Get it as close as possible to the open side...and hope it stays there. I glue it on...but the balance always seems to change. I've usually worn the treads out before I need to mess with it.
