Default What savox servos for a Losi 8ight-T

I am thinking of splurging a little on new servos, I have heard nothing but good things about savox, what is everyone's suggestions for a steering and throttle servo?

Also would it be best to upgrade to a lipo Rx pack?

Thanks in advance

i run 1256 for both TH/ST, no issues at all, try Life packs, last as much as lipos and no need to use a regulator.

cheers

Ali

Savox is really coming on strong around here. The all new (over 400oz) all metal case silver Savox is due to release anytime. The ones we ordered are on the way.
Great servos for a great price.

Seen them a few days ago, my LHS has them in stock.

ATM I'm using a 1256 for steering and 1257 for throttle in my nitro. Had them for 4 months now and they're awesome.
Using a Hitech 7955 in my electric, and while it's a damn good servo, I prefer the savox for 4 reasons.
1. cheaper
2. faster
3. smoother
4. look better

I'm running a low profile 1251 on throttle and 1256 on steering in my truggy and they work awesome. Before i ran the hitec 7945/7950, only downside to the savox is that they buzz a bit more than the hitec's.

+1 on 1268's. I have been running them in a Mugen 6t on straight lipo since November and they work great.

+5 I have been running this combo for almost a year and not 1 problem. The servos are strong and fast, especially on 7.4v.
