Default brake sticking solution

BRAKE STICKING PROBLEM
i think this is another perfect way other than the pull/push style

- brake cam and brake caliper have alot of gap. so dremel face of the plastic centre diff mounting where it meet the brake caliper. so that the brake cam face will be more nearer with the brake caliper.
- put shim/spacer/washer (same thick with the disc brake) between brake caliper on one side where the brake cam push. dont use the spring. this way will make only the other side of the brake caliper moving when on braking.
the brake cam only turning a very little to push the brake caliper and can prevent it from sticking

Anyone else think that the Jammin shocks are a pain to rebuild correctly? I seem to be having a hard time bleeding them and getting both sides consistant. Any tips? What would be a better shock to use that would fit on the Jammin if these shocks just aren't as good as the others?

daniz,
What brake set up are you using? Can you give me the part numbers needed for this modification? Thanks bro.

Hey anybody else hear about Jammin releasing an updated kit soon? Xtreme R/C mentioned it in there cage match review in the current isssue. Just wondering if they were going to release an update package for us who already have the buggy.

Kit came together nicely for those who asked earlier when I bought it. Still have not decided what engine to drop in yet.

Does anyone have any experience with the Torsen diffs? I was thinking about adding one to only the front of the car.

Later
Brady
