With Cody's RC ESPN you'll always know what's going on...unless I'm at the track.

OK I have been in action for the past few months and got some track time in.
Finished 1st in a-main in the previous race meeting and 4th in last race meeting.

I must say that the 7th hole is definitely a worthwhile mod. It does improve the handling of the X1 dramatically.

The X1 is still a very good performer but I feel I can go so much faster. Its just fear holding me back. I try not to make mistakes and in doing this I do not push as hard as I can.

Still a wonderfull car. I am waiting for the X2 in the new year. Its gonna rock.

Enjoy some racing pics.

Couple shots of my FTE yesterday at RC Colombia Track in BOGOTA - Colombia.

TQ and First Place on Buggy Class, almost 2 months without racing in Buggy, felt very good with the car on a grass based heavy track at 8500+feet over sea level :

cya guys !!

Pato,
Congrats on your results.

I noticed in your pics that you have what looks to be like a King Headz front plate installed. Does the graphite one that is supplied with the FTE kit break easily?

i had my CF plate on for one year and it never broke, but i replaced it for the KHZ plate just to be safe. i've heard of people breaking them, but only after some serious head on crashes.

To stop the breakage issue with the top plate, people have been putting cone washers on it above the screw that hold's the chassis brace. I'd do it on all the screws. It will just help spread the load over a greater area.
