can i use a JP-1 manifold on a JP-2 pipe with no drawbacks? are the manifolds for the JP-1 and JP-2 the same length and diameter?
thanks

I put the JP1 up to the JP2 and they manifold look the exact same. They dont look any wider or longer.

without having to go through all 100 or so pages to this thread, is the jammin loosely based off of the 9.5 series as far as compatible parts?

good day of racing today with the Jammin. this sunday was the first race of a three round shootout. it was at my home track, and that advantage certainly showed.
got to the track early, 1st one there actually aside from the track owner. practice went well, with the chassis responding to every input i made. 1st qualifying round went great, won my heat, and after the rest of the heats i was the top qualifyer. however, after a mishap with the track computer system (lost all qualifying results, so my TQ was now out the window). i started the 2nd of the qualifying rounds a little frustrated because i have to work again to get my #1 spot again. however, i won my next heat again, but now i was in 2nd over all now. we ran the last qualifying heat and i knocked the TQ down and i was the TQ for the day. my confidence was up.
as the mains ensued, the track got pretty rutted up and slippery with dust. i changed a few things like tires and roll center to gain more traction, and that certainly helped. i started off the A-main on a bad foot, getting hung up on the pipe in the first turn. i thought i was doomed. however, in about 2 laps i was in the lead. i lapped a few people and took the gold for the day.
i am really glad to have the Jammin in my stable. i can't say enough how good of a chassis it is and how impressed i am with it.

Talking CRT.5

How's the Jammin Motor go for power and reliability?

Also anyone got their CRT.5 yet?
Mine arrived last week and i just got an OS TZ12P to go in it.
Just waiting on servos now and she'll be running.
There is a cool video of Jammin Jay Halsey himself driving one here:
http://www.5spoke.com/site/op/media/.../fileid/8012/p
There is more videos on Youtube also but this is by far the best one.
I'll get some photos this week and post them here.
They are the coolest ride ever!

Hey wd40prerunner - where do you usually run at? I'm in Vegas too. I usually race at Finishline on Saturdays.

Default Jammin Setup

Hey all --

I searched this thread to find a good setup, and I see quite a few links to:

http://www.jamminproducts.com/setups.htm

However, when I try to go to the site, I get an error (including when I go to jamminproducts.com). Is anyone else having this problem?

I just bought the X1 and pretty new to nitro. I don't understand the different diff fluid combinations, and need something to start with.

Thanks
