well, another great day of racing. it's the 2nd race of my "triple crown". buggy performed flawlessly, didn't break a thing, and i even got a new buggy! i traded my NTC3 for a Kyosho MP 777, all it needs is a motor. i will probably just get an OS RG (maybe send it off to be modified), since the 777 will probably be my play buggy.

i tried out my new diff oil, 4k/7k/2k. i had 5k in the front since i first built the buggy, and i wanted more steering so i went down 1k in the front. i found that i did get more steering out of it, especially mid to exit of the turn. however, i feel that i did lose a tiny bit of front traction when accelerating. but i think i'll keep this setup.

Just until it covers all the gears ... so you end with about 3 milimiters free of oil ...

in my area, Panther Komodo Dragon 2s are really hot because they just hook up on every surface.
