Default Jconcepts Tires

Guys i just got some Jconcepts tires Soft 1/8 buggy Double Cross just would like to know if any of you guys use them and what type of track they work the best on.

I love the Subcultures in soft at my home track witch is dusty with a little blue groove.

I used to run JC tires. I only ran the Double X once, and it was on a similar track to what you described. They ran pretty good, not quite as good as a subculture. I was suprised at the wear rate, they wore faster than I expeted them too, but the handling didnt change much when they did wear out. They would be good for a long main, or even to get a lot of practice laps on.

I picked up a set in medium just to try ... only to find that I really like them. There are certainly better overall tires out there, but if you want something that will last more than 1 weekend they are a good choice.

Be aware, the lugs are quite a bit bigger than I expected. Not quite Knuckles big, but big.

Just ran 1st set of Hybirds (green) last weekend on a dusty track with some B-grooves.

These will hook on concrete with fresh oil spilled on it.

I have a set of Seven in Greeen that Hook up GREAT and look all most like the Hybirds.

If your open to P/L, check out the revolvers in M-3. Just like the Hybirds with taller pins. They hook nice too in these kind of conditions but not quite as soft as the green H/B's
