We got the chance to watch and race with Mark back in May at our 2011 AKA Mid America Championship. He was a great guy helping out everyone. He would do GREAT with any company!! Best of luck to him and AKA!

One of the most down to earth pro drivers out there.
Hope he does well at TLR and I wish him the best.

Congrats to Mark and this isn't and end of a era its an exspansion! Some times it's just good to move. Im sure he is still in tight with Kyosho and all the drivers but as a choice and a way to take somthing further he moved to TLR. As most know Mark is AKA Racing and he, im sure wants to expand and get them out there with other companies. This is a good thing and i really think it was a good choice.

Well, I'm bummed to see Mark go, but I'm happy for him becasue I know it was the best option right now. We have been so lucky to work with Mark on Kyosho related stuff, and lucky enough to call him friend. Most people don't know what a profound impact he has had on many of the Kyosho products. One thing that comes to mind is the STRR arrangement of the chassis, and set-up that is still used today, even years later. None of that stuff would have happened right without Mark, and the truck is still the bench mark for performance and handling that is copied all over the industry today. That isn't even scratching the surface of how much he has done for us, but I at least wanted to share something about our experience working together to make a good thing into the best thing... Good luck Mark in your future endeavors, even though we will be trying to beat you. At least we can still work on tire stuff together and play golf. I know Mark will still help us out no matter what becasue that's the kind of guy he is... PK out...

Hey all: Just wondering Losi only agreed to use AKA tires for their SC program with their own line of tires for everything else so will this change down the road with AKA tires Mark Pavidis now with Losi only time will tell. I wish Mark all the best with this move. P.S. is Joel "MAGIC" johnson still part of the AKA team. Thanks
