Where is the most accurate temperature reading and where do you check it on a 1/8th scale buggy? On top of the heat sync. Or inside on top of the head where the glow plug goes? Because these 2 readings are differant! So if I'm checking inside, it might be running too cool. Or if I'm checking it on the outside it might be running too hot. Thanks

On top of the head facing the plug after it comes off the track. You want a plug reading with a aluminum head but you can side temp it too. You get a more accurate reading from the side with a MAG head.
