Default Losi 8ight 2.0 set up tips

Hello Folks,
Brand new to this forum and have just come back to R/C after three or so years away. Picked up a Losi 8 from a friend and getting it ready to race. Was hoping I could get some basic set up tips, since like I said its been a while. I know a lot depends on the track your on but just some general standards would be great.
Things like:
-shock oil weight front/back
-springs for shocks
-diff oil weights (front, center, rear)
Anything anyone would be willing to share in order to get this car race ready would be greatly appreciated.

I'll suggest to get the stock set up http://www.tlracing.com/Products/Tec...rodID=LOSA0804 very top on this list and go from there. The stock set up is very neutral and will help you understand the buggy while you are looking for the "ultimate" set up. Your best upgrade will be the tires, the proper tires for your track will make a big difference. A smooth throttle will help. Make small changes and 1 at a time. Here is a few guides http://users.telenet.be/elvo/ good advice and very simple to understand the JQ Guide http://jq-products.com/the-advice/set-up-page, hope this help. There is the HUDY guide also but I can't find it right now.
