Default AGAMA A8 or KYOSHO MP 9

Hi guys, I know this is a 1000000 question again, but anyway.
Im stuck between theese two cars, came from losi didnt like it.To much fragible. Which would be better choise for for my driving style. I like to push into the corners deep, i would like to have a lot of steering in tight turns with a lot of traction and the car who handle ruff terrain very well ( small bumps etc.).
Thanks for your infos

Both great cars tbh, I run the A8 and it has plenty of steering-more than any other buggy I have driven that for sure. Handles the bumps very well. Very very happy with mine so far, the MP9 I have never driven. But that looks good in the bumps too and seems a very solid buggy as well. Go for the one that you can try or get spares easier for. Plus I prefer to have a bit more of a rarer buggy so I went to agama from Xray.

Mugen handles bumps very well, has a lot of steering and loves to be pushed.
I have no experience with Agama or Kyosho, but I went from Losi to Mugen and I like the Mugen a lot more. I'm an agressieve driver but the Mugen stays very stable. It's begging to be pushed.

Im also going to say if you can afford it get an MP9.
I dont buy into the "theres a reason its the world champ" cause it has nothing to do with the car. However, its one of the best quality cars out there.

Yes there is a reason Kyosho is the world champ. And its only 10% the MP9.

Several guys in my area have tried the Agama. From what I gather, the Agama is a super aggressive car which rewards a smooth driver. I hear it accelerates to no end, maybe too much for most.

LOl my thoughts exactly! You have to get a car built to drive the way you want it to. Cars are built with certain charaterstics you will have to research which one fits your style of driving. Make any sense? Also food for thought get what you can get setup help and parts for easily. Unless you are very comfortable with carrying a hobby shop of parts to the track and know what your doing with setup.

+1 The mp9 is great car, as well as many others, but its not the car. Dont forget before the $900 mp9 won the worlds, it was the $300 d8. Im not bad mouthing either car, its mostly driver.
Like posted before, get what you can get help with because that makes the difference.

I would say Agama the price point is awesome and the customer service is top notch. The car from what I gather drives great and things dont break. Its very durable. its very adjustable so you can set it up to your liking. The Mp9 is great but is a 900.00$ car and parts are expensive also. If your looking to pic up an Agama premierehobbies.com has some great prices and offer discount codes and the very best in customer service. If you need a discount code pm me. Good luck in what you chose to run.

Ill give you my honest opinion. I do run for agama so I'm a little biased. The mp9 is a great car. I have driven one and its a great buggy. But it doesn't out steer the agama. The agama is a lot like the losi if your a smooth driver its lighting fast. But the agama imo is better in the rough than the losi. I have quite a few races on my agama with no wear. The losi does wear a lot faster.

I could be biased because I drive one of the two brand but here is the things what you need to pay attention before you pick your buggy :1)durability....2)support (customer, online and local support)...3)Part availability...4)Kit and replacement part price...5)if you have chance to drive some one's buggy (both brands),go head and try a few laps or tanks to feel it which buggy fit more to your driving style ....6)check on which buggy easier to work:adjustment, maintain ....7) which buggy was how many times world champ J/K.....

It's not possible for strangers to tell you which one will be better for you. Pick the one you want and get it. That's the only way you will be happy. I got a bunch of advise a couple of years ago and chose a buggy that I had to fight with for 2 years. Felt like the buggy was driving me instead of the other way around. When I chose a new one based on what I wanted with no outside influence I was allot happier and became allot faster also.
