What would cause wheels be able to shake

Most of the time it is just bearing slop. A little is normal.

I have a Losi 8T 1.0 Tekno converted and just took it out for a run on the street after finally getting everything together.
When in reverse, the front tires wobble back and forth. Not a big deal but is there something to check/tighten or replace? Had a used DS1013 servo that I threw in which seems ok, not the strongest (180oz/inch) but it seems to do the job.

It might be the Shake of death, How old is the 1013 ? Brass gear's and weak top cases have a tendency to have the shakes after a while.

Am I reading this wrong? "When in reverse"?
