Default 8ight spur question

Hi all

I recently broke my losi 810 clutch so i decided to upgrade to something more hardwearing....after much asking i was told that the 8ight 4shoe clutch would be perfect, so i order all the parts im told i will need flywheel, shoes, clutchbell.

while installing i notice the 810 spur isnt gonna mesh with the new clutch assembly so what i need to know is does the 8ight spur (or 8ight-e) fit the 810 centre diff?, or could someone tell me the sizes of the 8ight spur (screw hole centres etc).

Wow, who told you the 8ight clutch would fit?

It would've been much better had you gotten the M2C clutch kit for the Ten-T/810.

Sounds like you need to do a lot of work to make what you got work.

Someone on the modelsport forum told me and I've put too much money into the "conversion" to go back now lol.

I think all I need is the spur to make it work though, all the spacing and sizes do match up nicely between the clutchbell and spur...just the mesh is all out of whack.

If you could look at the 8ight-e spur and the 810/ ten-t and compare they do look like s straight swap

I don't have a 810 on hand to see for myself, but since all parts are scaled down some from the 8ight cars, it would make sense if it didn't line up.

The 810 is a mod 0.9 , just need to know what mod the 8ight is because I've replaced the whole crap 810 clutch setup with 8ight parts.
