I don't think it would make a difference standing up in the RC8 that you own , cause it is still gonna be at the same height mounted in the servo/radio tray.
now if you lowered it as close to the chassis as possible, it might make a difference, but then you would have an extreme angle of the steering servo rod connected to the steering assembly arm ,unless you modded it with something.
