Default how to fill my shocks??

I was wondering if some one can give me some help or the steps you guys use to fill the shocks..

Just be patient when pouring the old oil out and specially when refilling with new oil. It`s important the get all the air bubbles out and it takes a little time.

Also do not over fill.
