Default Tire Options.

There is an upcomming indoor race that i'm getting ready for, now I was looking at tire options. The 2 top options appears to be on back order or not yet available. So I was wondering what comperable tires are out there.

1st Choice JConcepts Hybrid Green and Blue. (Premounted)
2nd Choice AKA impact both Soft and Super soft. (Premounted)
3rd ?
4th ?

Track is indoor, hard pack dirt not clay, with some loose stuff.
Not the most consistent drive so looking for forgiving tire in case i get into the dirt?

All opinions Welcome, not intended to be a dispute about brands, mor like an eductaion on tires.

Megabites in pink were TONS better than supersoft cityblocks for me at PNB. As Dennis said there lots of drivers running the megabites.

I've never driven on dirt, but when running on hard packed clay with no goove thats dusty, I always liked a bow tie style tire. I-beams for AKA, Crowbars for JConcepts. The AKA CityBlocks and Jconcepts Sub C's also worked pretty good on the same kinda track conditions.

AKA Gridirons will be faster (soft or supersoft) but Enduros will be more forgiving and have slightly longer life. Do yourself a favor and no matter what tires you decide on go with the Red AKA foams and EVO wheels w/stiffeners...ultra dialed.

I like the Panther Raptor. It's made for just what you described track surface wise.
