How much droop does the truck have? Excessive droop is about the only thing I can think of that would cause this.

check to see if the diff moves at all in the case its either that or the droop.

I've seen this happen before. On a friends CEN Matrix truggy, he had the right arms on the left side and vice versa. The driveshafts kept popping out so he sold the truck because we could not figure it out. The buyer e-mails him a while later telling him he had the right rear parts on the left side and vice versa. He put it back together the correct way and no more problem. Not sure if this applies to the Losi, but worth a look.

Check the hinge pins. If they're bent the CVD's can pop out.

I have seen this a few times on the Losi. I think, it is my opinion that it's caused by chassis flex. More of a dramatic twist of the chassis. It should not happen often. I would think bad center diff bearing would also play a roll in it. I say tear it apart and rebuild.

+1 on the bent hinge pins or a bent driveshaft. The only time I had this issue on my 1.0 was when I used golden horizion spindle carriers. They caused the issue. When I went back to stock carriers and alum gh spindles the problem was solved. Btw is this a 1.0 or 2.0?
