Not sayin this what is goin on here, but do u have the rear hubs on the correct sides. I know with some if u have the right hub on the left side and vice versa it makes the width wider and dogbones don't sit as far in the outdrive as they should be. Just a thought

Try running less drop on the rear arms.

my droop is currently set at pretty much straight across even with the chassis.. can not let it go any lower than that as the axle will pop out.

measure your axles, make shure chassis wasnt drilled wrong. droop should nut be a issue you can run 116 and the shouldnt pop out. something is either bent, flexing or just wrong.

I just came from checking one of my trucks and on the right rear with no droop setting, the axle would probably pop out.. the left side is in a little farther.. I'll check the other two trucks the next couple nights..the one I checked probably has two races on it and no hard hits or wrecks were done on this one..everything else looked good and straight, bearings are good..as are the drive cups..
