i just purchased some yeah racing shock oils 400,2000 and 4000

but am unsure of which one to use in my shocks as im not fimilar with the ratings they use..can anyone clarify?
(going into xray xb8 shocks)

400 is a cst rating and is a shock oil. The 2000/4000 are also cst ratings but are used in diffs.
