losi diff leaking - help!
I have a losi 8 buggy and it has treated me very well since I have had it, but now i have recurring problems with my front diff leaking out of the left side around the outdrive. I have rebuilt it after the last 3 races because of the leaking and it isn't getting any better. I am using the rubber gasket and small metal shim that should seal the fluid off but its not. it doesn't leak until I race it, so it can sit on my work bench for 2 weeks and not a drop of oil, but on race day its coming out.
Do they make a diff rebuild kit or are there any special tricks to keeping a diff from leaking after rebuilding?

My rear diff is doing this to me. I just ordered a new body for the spider gears. Hope this fixes the issue.

i, had the same problem on my eight-t which uses the same diff gears and cups as the eight all i did was make sure you line the "gasket" up with the "screw holes" and just fill above the gears no more than that or it will leak .
and tighten the screws in a x pattern just intill snug.
i only had a gallon on my also.

Should be able to find all the parts you need here, but I'm sure there are other places that sell the same things cheaper.

I went on ebay and went ahead and ordered a new complete front diff assembly with drive cups, new diff, new diff case, the whole thing for $30. I have a few extra outdrives. I think the one I have on it now is a little bent because it wobbles some. I will give that a shot and hopefully no more leaking.
