If it helps in February 2011 Car action they have a few pages on tuning your shocks. IMO tuning your shocks is more on how you like to drive.people can tell you what they do and what oils they run but its all how you want your Truck/Buggy/on road, car to feel when driving it.

Right i know it all boils down to how i drive and the track i run on but i dont even know where to start with the oil.I have never had bir bore shocks before.Would i start with the oil i run in the stock shocks or beings these are bigger do i go with a lighter oil?

Three words. Practice, practice, practice. And no it's not because I'm your fuel dealer.. But if your smart bring your setup sheet in and we'll photocopy it, and then use the thing. It's amazing how much that helps with setups.
