Help with SC8 Throttle/Brake servo
 

Help me out, I am new to the Nitro hobby and my throttle/brake servo on my SC8 is messing up. At full throttle on the remote, I am only getting about a 1/4 throttle at the carb. It is the factory servo from Associated. Is anyone else having this issue, if so, what did you do to fix the problem. If not, what is a good servo to upgrade to.

what radio are you using?

The XP3D 3 channel radio that comes stock with it.

Check your radio settings..

Eventually a better servo would be in order. Hitec 5625 on a budget, or a Hitec 5955 for a few dollars more..(Tower Hobbies has a rebadged twin called the Hobbico CS-170.. Also under a Tower name...) These servos would also be great on steering. I.e. get two of them...
