I use the hudy box with a 4S 5000mah lipo. awesome box that will turn over anything and its small and light. I travel a lot and its great.

I say Ofna. Hudy very nice, but way overpriced stuff.

the lipo will fit with the divider in. all you need to do is spend 5 mins with the dremel on the divider and the end plate.

just take out the slots for 2x2S packs and you are good to go. Someone mentioned to me that you can buy a hudy part to address this but the dremel solved the problem easily

You can get pretty much any starter box, just make sure you put a lipo in it. Out of the 4 boxes i own 2 are the OFNA blue truggy box and if i had bought those first it would probably be all OFNA blue starter boxes that i own.

OK my turn.

Kyosho for the following reasons.

1. Very light and small.

2. Only need a 14.8v 2200mah lipo all weekend.

3. Twin 550 motors with 2 inch wheel (get up into the flywheel and small size allows to crank tight new engines with ease)

4. Only 70 bucks.(lipo extra)

Ofna blue truggy box gets my vote. I used 1 box for almost 2 yrs to start a Losi buggy and truggy without any issues whatsoever.

I use a Mugen starter box and without having to buy additional items, it is pain when adjusting between Buggy to Truggy. A friend of mine only takes like 10 secs to adjust from a Buggy to Truggy using the OFNA Blue Starter box and it has my vote in motor power and the ease of adjustment.
