Definitely try the caster. You will love it. They are insanely durable yet are still very nimble. I would be surprised if you don't get the itch to race it.

Is it tough enough to not brake for my bad driving at the beginning?

There is a saying in rc: "its an 1/8th scale". It very simple: 1/8th scale cars are tanks. They are easily the most durable of all the general classes in rc. As long as you don't run it at top speed into a wall, it will be fine. Have fun!

Hi,
I've just read this article http://www.casterracing.com/news/mai...id=514&urno1=1, it got me courageous on how good is the caster zx1.5r even the rtr. evryone's been saying that i will need to upgrade a bunch of things because of bending and all those sorts of things. i'm about to order teh caster zx1.5r rtr from uk for 300e, what to order along with it(parts that i will need immediately, because from uk parts are bit more expensive). Hop ups which are must have(parts to order from casterracingusa.com)In the first 3 months I will not race, maybe later, so what will i need to race and what will i need to just have for fun at the track??

Thanks
Luke
