does anyone know who sell hobby tech products in the us or any online shops that i can go to went to there web sit but no prices

No one does. You will have to look at Caster Racing if you are in the US.
It is like GM Holden line not being available in the US, but available in Australia.
We can get the c hub conversions, but on US tracks, pillowball tends to work better.
