I think that I'd rather have an SC10 GT what do you think.

I am working on making an elongated aluminum chassis plate available, as well as detailed instructions and parts list to convert the GT2. I will be building the prototype soon!!!!!

When you say GT, do you mean AE GT2? If you are talking OLD school RC10GT, I havent looked at those yet.

There is a nice write up in the new RC Car Action March 2011 Issue converting a GT2.

man, i do have a gt2 with a .12 engine i like the idea but do you think it handle a 1/8 offroad track that is rough and rutty around some spots ?
