Default losi buggy 2.0/truggy 2.0 motors. Are they the same besides displacment?\

I am new to eighth scale. I am looking at buying a losi 2.0 buggy with a .28 in it. Will that fit in my losi 2.0 truggy. will the pipe fit also?
Thanks

If attending races, you won't be able to use the .28 on the buggy. But a good .21 will run buggy and truggy no problem.

Yes the motor and pipe should fit in the truggy without a problem. Like what was said though, if you plan to race, a lot of tracks don't let you run a .28 in a buggy. If your racing at a club most of the time they won't turn you away if your running a .28 in a buggy. It's only at the bigger events that they will truly enforce this rule. And really your only hurting yourself by running a .28 in a buggy. A .21 is plenty to run in a buggy and gives you better fuel mileage.

Default thanks

I am actually looking to take the motor out of a buggy and putting it in my truggy and converting the buggy to a electric. and was hopping that the bolt pattern and the pipe and header can all be mounted in my truggy.
Thanks again for any advice
