Who wants a Pit Pal?

Naw...his price point was terribly low for the product. Our fab department with all they have available to them wouldn't have been able to breathe on his price.

To be honest with you...the price was too low and the demand was too high. I am a sheet metal worker and was just doing it on the side. I ended up working on them more than what I wanted to. They were taking up too much time for the return.
Not to say that I wouldn't do a few more here and there though for the right price.

I am a welder by trade (with lots of TIG welding certs at that) so welding aluminum like this guy was is no big deal for me.... But I have the added benefit of access to a CNC plasma cutter (PlasmaCAM) that I can use whenever I want for personal stuff at work. I have been thinking of changing up the design some (Don't want to steal jonski's thunder here by selling the exact same thing) and offering mine with custom lettering/designs cut out from the sides, that is if jonski would be OK with someone who has never posted about this before offering up such a product, lol. I may just make one for myself though, or get together with you on selling the product design. Jonski, PM me if you would be willing to sell off your plans/drawings for it.
