Default Need Help Identify a car

Hey all, I was wondering if you could help me. I’m trying to Identify this car. It Nitro chain driven. I have other parts but not sure what goes with it. I need to get pointed in the right direction to see if it worth fixing or just sale it out right.

I think the first Mugen buggy was chain driven. Good luck finding parts, but it might be worth some money as a collectors item.

Maybe a Losi, with a duratrax chain drive conversion??

I think your right on the duratrax chain drive conversion now I need to figure out what the car is?

Main reason is to see if I have the part or not I got 2 big totes with cars and parts in them trying to if I can put it togther.
Totes had 2 1/2 RC-10's, 2 Road wizards, 2 Hornets, most of a Bear foot, some Fox parts, this car a can't identify, about 6 older futba radios, I bunch of parts.

When I got into the hobby a couple local racers had the Losi DT conversion.. your looking at a 16-19 year old car.

Engine looks like a CZ-RX, Duratrax head, and pipe... I still have those lol

Looks like a losi LXT with a duratrax gas conversion kit. A friend of mine still has one, well whats left of it. Ive still got a complete LXT from the early 90's

Ill take some pics when i get home today, did you try doing a google image search for " losi lxt conversion"? That might help determine.
