A good order book looks great to the CEO and board members. And sales managers get a few more $$ in their bank...hay this is the american way right???...and dont forget the bank interest they have collected over the last few months.

Less sales talk, more honest delivery updates. oh and how hard is it to 'press send' - to all pre-order customers. It is the 21st century right.

wait till some one jumps down your throat and say give them a break.. be patient.. they are doing it for us... im with you man...


but when ask.. if your order expired the day before the worlds do you think they would give you a break just this once even though you were a paying customer for 4 + years.. i don't think so....


just a quick email to all that pre-ordered is very simple....

I will pay to see the races live but I wont be giving my cash to the group again. For the worlds of 2008 I punched out for 3 dvd's and never seen one video from that money. Even though I sent Brandon several emails regarding the issue all I got from him was "I will find out and get back to you asap" You know I am still out that money, havent seen a video show up, nor did I get an email from anyone about the issue. So I do not and will not buy the video's from them again.. great show when live.. poor salesmanship after.

I preorder on a RC " THUNDER TECH" the 1st SC elec. Truck that was coming out. After almost 2 YEARS! I pulled the plug. So waiting 4 months is no problem. Just like a movie in a theater..... It doesn't come out on DVD the NEXT month. Yes I see some of you guys point on atleast an email. But like some of you said this is the WORLDS so how many emails you think Brandon gets a DAY? Brandon is a owner, operator, racer, so it will take a little time to get these DVD's out. If you have every seen Brandon's setup. Its not an easy task by any means. I know Brandon and some of his SMALL crew and im sure they are working HARD to get this out ASAP! Thanks Brandon for bring LIVE RC into the house. See ya at the races soon.

Come on liverc how about a bit of info/updates..
I'm sure Brandon or someone from his small busy crew can email the preorder customers or update here.
Would take 10 mins of their time.

And before all the Brandon/liverc lovers bite my head off...
I know liverc does great things for the rc world and we all owe them..
But a little customer service goes a long way....

Pre-ordering this DVD was my first transaction with Live RC. We'll see how long it takes to actually get the DVD....then I'll determine whether or not it's my last.

The folks posting here are correct though. It sure would be nice if the people who pre-ordered were given some kind of update every once in a while. After all, until the product is delivered, they're essentially "borrowing" our money.....

Credit card companies charge 19% interest. Maybe LiveRC should take a similar amount off, and give a refund for every month that passes between the placement of the order, and delivery of the product. Just a thought.....

Leason here is don't use a credit card. If you can't pay cash or debit you can't afford it (or afford to wait for it).

Just saying......

i dont want to get flamed or deter anyone away from anything, but i do want to express my opinion and i hope people can respect that. i bought the 08 worlds and honestly was very disapointed. i WILL still buy the new one because i enjoy and suport our hobby but \08's editing was bad,it wasnt in hd (which was very much around in 08) i didnt like being teased with 5 second clips of all the qualifyers, (i bought this to watch racing,and for the money i wanted to see it all) the interview disk was an embaressment and a waste, youtube had better quality vids, the comentary to me was very annoying.basicly a recap/ and i paid like 30 bucks for a 60 min main that i have to watch in bad quality with the sound off. im truly hopeing for a better effort this time around
