Default HYPER 9 GL CHASSIS up grade

Just a quick question.I have just up graded my standard Hyper 9GL chassis to this one as you can see on the link below.
What i did find was as i was putting it all back together.The center diff housing bottom bracket which bolts on to the chassis.The rear screw on that diff bracket does not line up with the chassis.
As any body fitted this up grade chassis to there hyper and how did you go about getting the hole to line up please.Is there some thing else that i need to get or to change to make it fit please?
If there is some thing i need to buy may i please have the link
