Default Thinking about ether a Truggy or a Buggy.

If you could choose between a Mugan, Associates, or a O'Donnell what would you get. Out of those 3 only. Ether truggy or buggy. I'm thinking a truggy, I have never had one. Had cars in the past.

Thanks,
Chris

What does the new O'Donnell's truggy have over the older one?

Also out of the O.S. motors only what would you choose?

Thanks,
Chris

well, from what im hearing from jmaxy51 a team driver for odonnell he said its competley diffrent from the old truggy and up to the standards of losi/associated mugen.

and lighter than the old truggy.

That's a good question. I am a big O.S. fan. Have been flying heli's for 10 years and am loyal to their product. Same with Futaba. It's not that I'm a snob or anything towards other brand motors, it's just what I like.

As for cars, this is just what I have narrowed it down to and want to see how other ranked these 3 brands. If you want to respond with other options, I'm okay with that. It would be nice to hear your opinion on what I have listed first then your alternative.

So maybe something like this. Out of the 3 list I would choose blank and other then those 3 I would choose blank.

As for racing, it would be fun to come up and hang out.

Thanks,
Chris

Out of those 3 I would choose Mugen.

Other than those 3 I would choose XRAY.

And Truggy, not Buggy.

(Those are just my personal preferences...)

As for OS engines... how much do you want to spend? There are better engines for less money...

Thanks DOMIT,

As for motor on the O.S. I have no problem going a little high. What do you suggest for another brand?

Thanks,
Chris

the SG truggy is based off the SG buggy, the SG buggy is a great buggy... the best way of explaining (from what ive been told/seen) is compare the SG buggy to the first generation buggy and thats how the truggys will compare. new front end, new longer chassis, new shocks, radio tray style. and the list goes on. i would wait, i think alot of people will be surprised with it.

the OS, i would go with the new SPEED or XZ 21... other than OS the OD ss 21 or Alpha 21 (orange for truggy, green for buggy) are great engines at a great price and last longer than OS IMO

I like this guy already OS engines

Nothing rips like an OS xz speed engine. Feels right at home in a truggy. And out of the 3 trucks you listed I would say mugen. I just put one together with a xz speed and hitting the dirt on Sun. Going to be exciting as I have rolled a Losi since the 1.0 days.
