5/64 is near Identical to a 2mm and i honestly prefer a 5/64 over a 2mm on most metric hardware.

I think alot depends on what brand of tools are involved. I have that integy 5/64 and i can't use it on a new 5/64 screw. Too big, bigger than my MIP 2mm. I like MIP tools, nice fit, long lasting. I use that integy on worn out heads, works great for that.
