Are other more common buggy parts interchangeable with these? I know these are a little dated and I think I read that they went out of business.

My brother my be getting one pretty cheap but I'm worried that he may not be able to find replacement parts for it.

Thanks but we try to buy locally so that we can get most things same day. Which is why I'm trying to figure out if any readily available chassis parts are interchangeable.

not many, I guess, I would go with BIGDE2001
all special to sportswerk, perhaps diffparts from Losi ?
perhaps suspension parts from prospeed, as it is the same factory and base
