Default Starter box lipo

Sorry if this has been asked. But can the chrome top handle lipo? Personally i dont see why not, but thought I would ask 1st. And im assuming 2500mah should be enough to last me all day?

Yes a 4s is about the same as a a 12v gell Cel or 2 7.2 packs. And 2500 mah will start 2 cars all race day. It will make a huge difference.

2500 may last about 3 race days, and 15c is fine.

Any brand really as long as it is at least 15c. I have a losi, a venom and 2 common sense that I use in the ofna box. They all work well. Doogie uses the hobby king brand. I think it dosent really matter in the starter box. I see protek has a 4s pack that is reasonable too.

I am running 2 Turnigy 7.4V 5200 mAh 35C in my starter box. Last forever and the power is borderline ridiculous.

I've been using a HobbyKing lipo in my starter box for a year now and no problems. I have a 3500Mah 35c 4S in my box, only thing is i can see why i wait so long to do it.

I did try a crawler 11.1v pack i had...1800mah 35C and turned faster and stronger than a 12v lead acid bat.

Same here, except I use a single 4S 5000mAh 20-30C turnigy Lipo. The power is straightout rediculous. Not comparable to a 12V Pb battery in a single way.
Remember that a fully charged 4S pack will go over 16.5V.
