Default Fuel guns

Is there any fuel gun that can fill right to the top rim of a fuel tank.
They all show a tapper at the nozzle end which indicates it may not be possible to get full.

The Nova gun is the only gun I know of that comes with an adjustable stop. You can set it to overfill the tank if you want. Its a little pricy but it is the best gun on the market.

Never had a problem with my tank not being filled enough with my cheep Losi Fuel gun. Never had a problem underfilling others either. Maybe your pit guy is jamming it too far in the tank.

That shouldn’t happen as pushing down it will only go so far and creates a seal then fills without any spills.

By filling to the top I do one fuel stop in a 20min main.
Might be able to modify this one to fill to the top but it will over flow, and it may overflow quite badly.

Otherwise we go back to a full bottle, squeeze like crazy, overflow and throw back on track.

I wonder if it's possible to get the stop for the nova gun? The RC PRO fuel gun is the exact same as the nova except the end is plastic rather than anodized aluminum.

The Nova gun has just a tube on the outside with a few cut outs.Wouldn’t take much to screw on a bit of PVC tube onto the gun.
You would end up with the same results.

My understanding is it will spill fuel. But it will get it in there faster than a bottle.

The nova fuel gun is the fastest gun I have used (losi, dynamite). The vp pro looks like a losi knock off and idk about the rb gun. But I can say the nova gun is fast.

As we know normally when the nozzle tip makes contact with the tank it makes a seal.
Is this nova gun got that plastic/nylon ring so you can see the fuel coming up to the tank rim, which doesn’t make a tight seal and over flows. Is that how that add on works?
