i pulled off the cylinder head and found no scores or scratches... i guess were alright... i squirted some wd40 in there and pulled it over a couple times to make sure everything was coated... guess were good to go

u dnt have to but u can ur glowplug will have a copper washer on it get onother washer of a glowplug and run two of them it will take some pressure of the internals during breakin

WD-40 in engine is a no no. Just run it already haha!

the service manual says to use wd40 after running it

It does not HURT it but there are better options. Such as after run oil . Let us know how it runs.

Get yourself a bottle of marvel mystry oil, and use that as after run oil.

Break it in and stop obsessing whether there is something wrong! Been there done that got the T-shirt and its really not worth it man!
