losi 8ight 2.0 or losi 810
hey guys i have been looking at these two cars and they both seem pretty good. i am looking for the cars to buy for my brothers birthday. he has a little crappy car but wants to get into it and start racing.
the cars i was looking at was the
losi 8ight 2.0 rtr $799
and
losi 810 rtr $575
he is wanting to become good so just tell me straight out what i should get him, oh and money doesnt really worry me cause i am splitting the money in threes with my other brother and other sister ahah

2.0 is the better race platform....

Go with the 2.0 because it is a better racer and has the better radio.They are way cheaper than 799$.http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...ed-Starter-Box 100 bucks cheaper.

Without a doubt, go with the 2.0 RTR! The 2.0 RTR is one of, if not the best RTR buggy on the market and it is very, very durable! It is also very easy to upgrade it to a full 2.0 race roller.

The Losi 810 seems to be a great beginner car for the price. I have not seen one, but have talked to a few Losi guys who like the car for what it is.
If you know your brother is going to get into racing and stay there then invest in the 2.0 but If your not sure and he just likes RC then I would look in to the 810.

Ok we migHt go with the 2.0
But I'm in Australia and the cheapest I ave seen it here fr is 799 soo yeeah ahah

If you think he's serious enough to want to race; then the 2.0 is the way to go.
