Assuming your plug, ignitor, starting method, and fuel delivery(i.e. tank, pressure line, etc) are all fine it has to be your tune. Start from factory setting and look thru the tuning guide.

Well it could be a number of things to cause it not to start.
1. You could have a bad glow plug, or glow plug ignitor could be dead
2. Your settings could be way out of wack
3. You could have a bad air leak
The list goes on and on but try some of those things first and see what ya got.

One thing u could try is take you high speed needle and count how many turns it goes till it's completely closed and write the number down! Then try to start the engine with the needle closed! If I starts after a few tries then runs and dies shortly after, then the settings you had originally were to rich! Then back out the high speed needle 1 less turn that you had before and you should get it started! If it doesn't start when the needle is closed then it's not to rich and move on to another possible cause!
