No, I was referring to Silver State 07'. Sorry for not clarifying. Back to topic

Agree, it wasn't meant to be the worst blown-out track, it's just a reference point.

This is going to be a very interesting race... It's just around the corner and there are plenty of possible winners. The track is challenging which will mean "clean" runs will be less common and it also means the mains will be crazy good.

I personally think the facility looks better than most I've been to, and the track looks good!

BUT...

I keep thinking "dude... you're in Thailand and all you can think of to do is take pictures of the track?"

For reference, blown out was the 2009 Silver State Nitro.

real off-roading RC racing died many years ago... because of this whole blue groove crap.

your not an off road racer untill you stop complain about the "bumps" during off-roading.

i think for once(excluding vintage rc racing like rc10"gts"s etc) its going to be a test of who is a REAL off-road driver.

bumps and jumps are for off-road
smooth and "groomed" is for pussy on-road racers...

i agree its offroad do you see for instantce full size offroad racing race on a smooth track nope. i raced on a smooth offroad track that was hard clay that was smooth and not dusty and well i dint like it to much no sliding and just increased tire ware .

i like bumps and a dry track as for ruts well i just try to miss them if possible and not to mention its more of a challege !
i like that thailand track good layout !

Couple shots from the driver stand would be cool and maybe the pit area.

I bet at least the trophy chicks will be a lot better than the last Worlds somewhere at the trailer park track.

The track is awesome... the facility is great, everything is close to you, you do not have to wonder for ages to find something you need, not to mention the food cafeteria and the delivery of other things you need.

Seriously guys, you think about it, how many drivers drove on the track and the track still held up very well, sure a few pot holes here an there but nothing major.

Charlie know what he is doing when he builds a track thats for sure, not to mention the track marshalls who know not only to flip the car back in position but to fix minor problems.

In the 19th pic, it seems that the carpet is torn up, or pulled up a little!!

I can see where that could cause problems!

And i agree they need to clean it up a bit and im sure they will
