happy to report that after doing all 3 of the suggested remedies my foams/tires are back to perfectly formed. I put them in the dryer on medium heat for 30 minutes, then I stuck the nozzle from the air compressor right into the two holes in each tire and blasted them good while they were still warm and expanded. After that I put them on my buggy and ballooned them for a few minutes and they are back to perfect! Thanks to you all for the suggestions!
