All the fence is welded together and those (STONES) around the track are actually rubber. The track and facility was amazing. It will be one of the best worlds. They were working everyday, all day long; cleaning, painting and welding. It was very impressive. I think the race will be great and hopefully the coverage as well. I just wanted to let everyone know that they are doing all they can and it was great. It is tough to judge without seeing it. It will be one to remember!!!!!

I'm glad to read that because from want I saw on the web, the track seemed rough.

Tebo talks Thai...

"It took the best drivers in the world 200 - 300 laps to be able to run 5 minutes clean"

I think drake take's the cake with most laps ran at 481. That would be a LONG couple days.

for those complaining about the track being rough. we race off-road dont we? if we wanted onroad we would've bought a on-road car. hence why alot of the drivers are struggling, in the USA they might as well just be a onroad track with big jumps.

once they find a good set-up though they will be fine.

I for one think the TRACK is badass, the tracks these days have become smooth and easy and in my opinion rcracing has become more luck then actual skill. I watched drake get 8th at a race when he was hands down the man but because the track was easy people started racing crazy n wide open n it just turned into bumper cars, atleast in Thailand we will get to see some real racing where the drivers will b challenged by rough un-even sections, makes me think it will be like a motocross race where the hardest working drivers will make the cut, it's gonna be intense cause the track looks hard on the cars ad I would think we will see alot of drivers breaking but that's racing, may the best racers battle till we crown a new champion.

Ya I hear you. Come to Norcal where the ruts are deep, the straights have moguls in them and the jumps can be insane. We had a track recently that had a triple that spanned 65 feet it was no easy feat. Off road is correct, not every track can be a well groomed dirt onroad smooth scene. Its more chalenging and it lets the "anything can happen" happen
