Has anyone ran on a outdoor turf carpet track? How would these turfs hold up in US climate? I think it will cost a few shiny pennies to start up but in the long run it may be cheaper to keep up. So what do you guys think...pros / cons?

Some clubs here in Holland has it as a yearly event. The rules are simple with that JVD race, it is a caravan supplied by the sponsor and it is nothing more as a cardbox on a simple frame with wheels.

How's the traction on these kind of tracks? is it better to run on turf than dirt/

I can not tell, I do not drive offroad but this carpet is well known used so I believe it is good.
