Oh yes! Like it! Way Cheaper! 1/8 scale, Nice looking, RTR...When I get the green I'm getting one them, Or trading my ipad...for something I posted a ad on it here. All anybody is offering is electric cars/trucks. Really don't wanna electric buggy...I'll probably end up having to sell my iPad locally. If I don't get any good offers here.

810 is not on par with the other race buggies from what I hear. It's just a cheaper option to get you started but if you decide you want to race you'll be replacing it with in 6 months to a year.(not worth upgrading, it would be more expensive and still not as good as a race rig even tricked out.) If you don't think the racing bug will hit you anytime soon, the 810 is a good basher and very entry level car. But if your like me within a couple months I think you'll regret your purchase and want a race rig. I can not speak for you, just don't want you to regret your purchase and start out discouraged. Nothing against Losi or the 810 but if you plan on hitting the track very soon at all. I wouldn't take that route. You don't have to spend a fortune but if you want to race you should get a race rig. Just my thoughts.

It comes well enough equipped that you won't need to do much upgrading till your driving skill improves. It will be good enough to compete at Club racing right out of the box and when you think about it your getting a $250 controller and $80 bump box with it. Subtract that from the price and you see that the buggy isn't that expensive. As with all RTR's the servos aren't the best so I would plan on a Hitec, or maybe even Savox servo for steering then put the RTR steering servo on throttle and that will last you for a while. A lot of people run them so set-ups will be readily available. From someone who's done a lot of research on this I can tell you, for starting out, you won't find a better RTR than what Losi offers and the price is a steal for what you get. Don't be fooled either those aren't extras, you really need the nice controller and bump box anyway. I run AE which is the Chevy to Losi's Ford. I have no reason to sell you on Losi I'm just telling you it's BY FAR the best way to start in 1/8 Nitro. No question about it. Again I run another brand so I have no reason to be Losi biased but it really is the best thing out in RTR's. My Word!
